Brandywine Farms residential development is located just 24.5 miles east of Indianapolis, Indiana in Hancock County. The project consists of approximately 79 acres, which will be developed into 240 residential lots. The project will be developed by a large regional developer in the Indiana and Ohio markets and has already secured a lot purchase agreement with a publicly-traded national builder.
