Brooks Farm

The Brooks Farm residential development is located just 28 miles northeast of Indianapolis, Indiana in Hamilton County and consists of approximately 124 acres, which will be developed into 319 residential lots. The project will be developed by a large regional developer in the Indiana and Ohio markets and they have secured a lot purchase agreement with a publicly-traded national homebuilder to purchase all lots over a six-year period.
