Consisting of 2,500+ acres of operational farmland located in Liberty County, TX, this tract of land sits 30 miles northeast of downtown Houston, and will eventually host 1.5 miles of frontage road on the next phase of Houston’s Grand Parkway. The $1.2 billion Grand Parkway expansion is currently under construction with an expected completion by 1H22.
