Turnberry single family residential development is located less than 30 miles northeast of Indianapolis in Hamilton County. Developed by a large regional developer in the Indiana and Ohio markets this residential development consists of 79.38 +/- acres, which will be comprised of 152 residential lots over 4 phases. Currently, 3 of the 4 phases in this project have been developed and sales are active with a national home builder.
